Volume 2 call for designers
Creative Fresno invites you to show your work at Pecha Kucha Night Fresno Vol. 2. If you don't already know Pecha Kucha Night is a global phenomenon that began in Tokyo. http://pecha-kucha.org It is devised as a way for designers to get there work out there and for the public to see and discuss the creative activity happening around them.
The format is simple 20 images x 20 seconds
The theme for the upcoming March 16th event is "Is it really Change?"
In keeping with that theme we changed the date for Pecha Kucha Night Fresno Vol. 2. It was scheduled for March 9th. It is now scheduled for March 16th. So you may ask yourself "Is it really change?" if you didn't here about it. Well that's one of those If a tree falls in a forest kinda questions. It all about perspective.
Are interested in getting up in front of your peers for 6 minutes and 40 seconds and talking about your work or play? Then send an email to kielts@gmail.com and come join the Pecha Kucha Night group on the Creative Fresno website. http://creativefresno.ning.com/group/pechakuchanight
The deadline for "Intent to Show" is Thursday March 12th. And the deadline for submitting your images in Noon on Saturday March 14th. Please send me a PowerPoint file with your images in order or 20 jpg files numbered in the order you wish them to show.
We will limited to 14 presenters so email me now to ensure you get a spot.
